CONTEMPLATIONS: Ever think to yourself as if you're talking to yourself, guiding yourself to a better place within your mindset? Whenever you feel down, this is a way you can lift yourself up. Feel the feelings, but then leave them behind and move on. Take the wisdom and let the rest fall away. This is a healthy way to approach periods of blue.
