Moon Base Dark
It is the year 2395. Earth has lost contact with Moon Base Alpha on the dark side of the moon. You were part of a team of scientists tasked to go investigate. You got the transmission from your superiors late last night while you were celebrating your birthday with your friends. You looked up from your device and thought to yourself, "I guess my wish for New Beginnings is about to come true." You sighed and put it in your pocket, as you thought about the long hiatus you just had from being called to off-world missions. You reluctantly told your friends that you need to cut the party short since you only have a few hours before the transport comes to take you to your debriefing. You didn't tell them that part, but they knew what you meant. After everyone left, you tidied up your apartment and went to take a shower, as well as pack up your necessities for the mission. A short while later, you were ready. Just then, you got a proximity alert for the transport that is about to dock with your apartment suite's port. All apartments of this time have ports of entry since the use of cars have been obsolete since The Great Purge of 2115. That was the year that nuclear fusion has become stable and the primary source of "fuel" for transportation, whether it's on Earth or off-world. It made it possible for humanity to become Type 1.4 Planetary Civilization based on the Kardashev Scale by this time. The transport docked and the hatch slid open. You entered it and strapped in. It was unmanned and you were the only one within the transport. Once you were secured in your seat, you announced, "Ready", and the transport's AI undocked from your apartment. It flew on a direct path to the orbiting space station that was just about to pass over your region on Earth. You ascended beyond the atmosphere at high speed. The stars in the sky increase and got crystal clear. You glanced out the viewing portal to see the view of Earth, gradually getting further away. A beautiful blue glowing orb, your home. The place where everything and everyone you ever knew existed. You noticed the massive Peace sign. A project that began centuries ago, dedicated to humanity in an attempt to cultivate world peace. A remnant of people's goodness of heart.
You tried to contact Pegasus, but you had no signal on your device for some reason, possibly the same reason why there was no communication from the base to the space station. You were both starting to get worried when all of the sudden you noticed that both of your glyphs were illuminated again. It started as you approached a large door. When you both got closer, your glyphs were brightly glowing and then all of the sudden, the door opened. To your amazement and a hint of fear, you could not believe what you were seeing. It was what looked like a giant eye hovering in the center of the room.
You smiled as you remembered your lessons on it when you were in high school. All the world leaders gathered at the central point and signed a peace treaty where there will no longer be any wars and the military industrial complex will be disbanded. About a century later, the fusion technology was able to come to fruition which led to the Great purge. Your thoughts on your memories of that momentous day was cut short when you heard the proximity alert of your transport module. You had arrived to the Space Station Pegasus, Sector 1111. Once the airlock was secure, you got up and made your way through the portal, inside the airlock. The hatch closed behind you. It took a moment for you to adjust to the simulated gravity of the space station. As you continued on your way, you were within a long white corridor. You reached a door. There was a scanner where you waved your wrist over it. Just then, the invisible glyph on your wrist illuminated into a momentarily luminescent bright turquoise light. It wasn't visible unless it was activated by a scanner related to your mission. The glow came from the nano-chips processing the information. The design was reminiscent of sacred geometry or the philosopher's stone of Alchemy. It was calibrated to your birth chart in order to be unique to you.
The door slid open and you walked in. The space station interior was massive. You looked up and you could see the full ring of the it. It was a disorienting view of all the structures, trees and other things visibly sideways and in some cases upside-down. It was beautiful, even though it was artificial.
As you were walking you got an alert on your handheld device. You viewed it and saw that there was a map and directions on it. The AI at the space station detected you on board as soon as you were inside. You followed the beacon until you arrived at a frosted glass and wood structure. The glass door slid open as soon as it detected you. You walked in and a receptionist welcomed you. She offered you refreshments while you waited. You didn't have to wait long. The wooden door slid open and there he was. Jasper, another scientist you worked with briefly in the desert back on Earth. You were studying minerals and environmental impacts of the region that were a result of cobalt mining for electric vehicles as well as oil drilling. It wasn't your favorite aspect of your job, but eventually you got enough experience to venture on to different areas of your field.
When you saw him, your eyes lit up, as did his. You did not keep in touch after you got different assignments and now that many years had passed, you were excited to see him again. You almost didn't recognize him at first. You were both just starting out and now you're both professional in your fields. You followed him into the conference room. He said that it was just you two today. The rest of the team was already in transit to the moon. They had different tasks, but you two were tasked to work together to investigate what happened there, since you had a history of working well together before. You both sat and watched the pre-recorded debriefing together, and then had a conference call with your superiors where you finalized everything you needed to accomplish for the mission. When that important business was over with, you had some time to kill, so you decided to catch up there in the conference room. The receptionist brought in the rest of the refreshments, since they were mostly prepared for you two. You had several hours before you had to board the ship for the moon.
You had great chemistry together. Time didn't change anything for you two. You always remembered him as extremely kind and also funny. He always made you laugh before and this time was no different. He said that he specifically asked for you to join him on this mission because he admired your dedication to your work and that you were the only one that made work feel like fun. You blushed and smiled and told him that you were flattered that he would think of you in that way. He smiled too and said, "Of course, I can't imagine being up there with anyone else." Several hours passed and you figured you should probably try to squeeze in a little sleep before the mission. He agreed and you both walked out of the structure towards another structure not too far. They were temporary sleeping rooms for mission-bound travelers that had stops on the station. Both of your rooms were next to each-other. You said "sweet dreams" to each-other before you each scanned the pad by the door with your wrist. You noticed his glyph light up as did yours. "See you in a few hours" he said, before he went inside his room. You also went in your room and closed the door. It was small yet pristine. There was a wall of ethereal floral visuals that lit up the room in a warm glow. Every surface was either light polished gray or glossy white. A beautiful bonsai tree was the only greenery and pop of color in there, aside from the wall visuals. It was displayed on a table in front of bare white wall, with a light shining down on it. There was a rather comfortable bed at the center of the room. It resembled a cloud. There was also a kitchenette where you could get some water or tea before you slept. You made yourself some chamomile tea and then dozed off shortly after you finished. As you slept, you dreamt about some unusual things that you couldn't quite explain after you woke up. You figured it was because you were really tired and slightly disoriented from being off-world. After a few hours, your handheld device chimed for you to wake up. The ship that will transport you and Jasper to the moon will depart in less than 2 hours. You got up, changed into your space travel gear and opened the door to make your way to his room to see if he's up, except you saw him coming out of his room just as you were. You both smiled and then he said "good morning". You laughed because it was indeed morning, based on Earth time, however the space station looked the same as when you first arrived. You walked together to a tram station that would take you to the place where all the ships were parked. When you got off, you both knew which ship you were going to take. The interesting thing about it was that he was going to be at the controls, available to fly the ship manually should the AI systems require it. You were impressed, thinking to yourself that he really was productive with his time since you first worked together years ago. You both got on board, and when it was all clear, the ship made its way to the main airlock bay. It moved there on a track and the door closed once the ship was completely enclosed within the airlock. The exterior door opened to outer space. You noticed the vast field of stars just in front of you. Just then, the ship powered on. He glanced at you and grinned, saying, "almost that time!". After a short humming and beeping noise, the ship accelerated out of the Pegasus's airlock bay and into space. You were now on a nonstop trajectory to the dark side of the Moon!
It would be a journey of several hours. Jasper was at the controls during the launch phase. When that aspect was complete, he made his way to the table at the center of the ship, where you were seated looking over schematics of the moon base you were heading to. You both now had some free time to figure out your strategy of what you had to do when you arrived there. You had never been there before. He had been there once for some of his training that he had to do. After several hours, you were approaching the Moon. You were amazed since you didn't realize how massive it was up close! It was an eerie sight. The light was dim and silvery hue, and it was only getting darker as you quickly flew past the bright side. The structures of the base looked surreal on the otherwise desolate and barren landscape of the moon.
The ship's AI systems eventually found the Moon base's landing dock that was situated below ground within a circular silo type structure. The ship stopped and hovered over it before it made its descent and parked in the designated area. You both put on your helmets and exited the ship. You walked through the interior of the base and noticed something strange. No one was there. You figured there would be hundreds of people there, milling about, doing their specific tasks, but there was absolutely no one. It was dark too. The place looked abandoned. You both looked at each other, baffled. You were not prepared for this aspect. You didn't even have contact with the team that arrived there before you. You walked along the corridors and large rooms. The dim light was filtering in through the many openings surrounding the spaces you explored together.
The eye was moving around and it eventually noticed you both. At that moment, it began to speak in a feminine voice that was unexpected yet surprisingly soothing. It said that it was the evolved AI system on the base. It was beyond top secret, which is why you both knew nothing about it. It wasn't even mentioned during the debriefing. They eye, code name: I.R.I.S. (Inter-dimensional Resonance Isolation Systems). Being that your glyphs included part of the I.R.I.S. language, the AI explained everything that happened that eventually caused you both to be there to investigate. You were both in shock and finally understood what had happened. Since the information was so compartmentalized, there was no way of knowing what happened until you got here. The whole team on the moon base had an ultimate experiment that they were conducting, and they were all fully prepared for whatever results their experiments would create. In this case, the experiments were related to the bending of time and space, in other words, opening a portal to other dimensions. I.R.I.S. also explained the plans to create such nodes of travel on Earth after the moon trials were complete, however, all of the scientists vanished into the portals they opened, never to return. Which meant the distress call was initiated from I.R.I.S. in order to have a team sent up to continue the trials, however the latest team before them also went missing. You both looked at each other, visibly shocked and wondered if you would have the same fate. It was something you didn't expect, yet you were also intrigued. Before you could respond to the eye, it instantly disassembled into a swarm of smaller components. Each component lodged itself into the various ports on the wall behind where it was hovering. When they were all in sync, they lit up and created a temporary whirlwind until all of the sudden, you two were at the center of a misty room that looked like it was filled with water. A white glowing orb was floating on the water-like substance. You and Jasper started walking towards it without hesitation. To an observer, it would look like you both were walking on water. You held hands as you approached the bright white glowing orb.
You looked at each other and he said, "on the count of 3, we jump in on 3!" You nodded and repeated, "on 3". You both counted to 3 in unison and then jumped in together.
You were instantly transported together through what looked like luminescent nebulas until you reached a large neoclassical structure. It was massive beyond comprehension. Stars were visible, but you did not recognize any of them. The familiar constellations were nowhere to be found.
On the ground you found an inscription. It was in a writing you were familiar with, to your surprise. It was cuneiform text. The writing style used by ancient Mesopotamian cultures. You thought that was randomly interesting.
You used your handheld device to scan it for a translation. Luckily, it was able to decipher it for you. It said, "As you walk along this path, the journey of 3 steps will open a gateway to our origins." You both looked at each-other in disbelief when you read it. You were looking at something bigger than you could ever expect. Could this be the answer to humanity's biggest question? You then said, "we came this far already, what's another 3 steps?" Jasper smiled as you both held hands again. You simultaneously took 3 steps past the message you just translated. Before you both could realize it, you were transported again! This time to a literal otherworldly place! It was full of greenery and had unusual structures within it. You began to explore the region that surrounded you two.
You got an alert saying that the air was breathable. You were both relieved since your suits would eventually run out of oxygen. You took off your helmets and secured them in your backpacks. You felt comfortable and relaxed. Something about the environment you're in felt familiar within all the uncertainty. You were discussing that and mentioned that if this was where humanity began, then you probably had genetic memory of the environment that surrounded you.
After walking for quite some time, you eventually happened upon a cave. When you entered it, you both had it in your mind to rest a little. There was also a creek of crystal clear cold water running through it. You decided to take a chance and drink it, since you had no other options. He did the same. It was the best water you ever tasted. You then sat on a stone ledge that was on one side of the wall of the cave. As you sat there, you closed your eyes, trying to think about everything that had just happened. By this time you both took off your gloves and it felt like you were back on Earth, but you knew you weren't. You both wondered where in the universe you were exactly. As you thought about the cuneiform texts, you began to recall the research of the ancient archaeologist, Zecharia Sitchin. You then shouted in disbelief, "WE'RE ON NIBIRU!" You startled Jasper, who was resting his eyes. You chuckled as you looked over to him. You began to explain how it all made sense now. You contemplated that the scientists were trying to find a way back to Nibiru, and they eventually succeeded! Jasper's jaw dropped. He never thought this would be the outcome of your investigation. You were crying tears of joy, because little did he know, trying to find the source of human origins has become your passion during your hiatus, and it coincided with your love of ancient history. You had spent all of your free time researching the topics. It dawned on you that maybe you two had a connection since he was the reason you're here. You hugged him with your joy and then you explained your research to him. He was intrigued and kept asking you questions, and you were happy to answer them. You also mentioned that if you were indeed on the right track, then there should be some familiar structures here. You proposed that you should try and find them, in hopes of finding the others as well as finding another way to go back home. His excitement diminished as soon as he realized there could be a possibility they may never find a way back home, However, he didn't allow himself to overthink that aspect seeing how hopeful you were.
He was happy that he was with you at least. He never did admit that he was actually interested in being more than just colleagues with you, especially since the topic has never had an opportunity to come up. He figured, since you two were basically billions of miles away from home with the possibility of being stranded here, what's the harm in telling you?
It was getting dark, so you both decided to camp out in that cave until daybreak. You were curious about the Sun here since it wasn't exactly the same Sun you see from Earth. If your estimation is correct, it's the other star, the one that along with the Sun, created a binary system. You were likely in the light of the second sun during the day. This was due to the fact that Nibiru's orbit is very large and it takes millions of years to make one orbit. It's possible that the orbit is actually a giant "figure 8" where it revolves around both suns at different times during its orbital cycle. You were explaining this to him and he was admiring you as you were speaking. Your eyes glistened and you spoke with enthusiasm from your heart. When you finished explaining everything, he decided to tell you that he didn't give you the full reason as to why he asked for you to accompany him on this mission. He said that your qualifications, as well as your past experiences together was beneficial to the mission, but the other part he left out was that he missed you and wanted an excuse to see you again without seeming pathetic, in his opinion. You turned to him as he was speaking and couldn't believe what you were hearing, especially since you secretly had a crush on him too, and never had to courage to open up it to him about it. Now that he was telling you, you were relieved and happy that you were finally spending some quality time together. You were basically two explorers at this point. All you had was each other. His voice was very soothing, and you enjoyed listening to him speak. His voice with the subtle echo of the cave was like ASMR to you.
It was night now, and the air was getting chilly. You had created a small camp fire in the cave to stay warm, but it wasn't enough. You both got closer together and were essentially hugging to stay warm. The flames created a warm glow in the cave and the light was dancing on the walls and glistened in his eyes. You never really noticed his eyes before. Tonight they were beautiful, crystalline in their greenish-hazel hue. He was also gazing into your eyes, which were like amber in the dim light. All the memories of the joy you had together kept flooding into your mind, now that you were closer together on this night. You felt him grip your waist a little closer to his, and you welcomed it. You were together in silence. All that you wanted to say, you already told him, and he has done the same by now. The only thing left was your closeness, and staying warm. He couldn't help it anymore, he whispered to you, "can I kiss you"? You nodded in acceptance since you too were at a point where you were ready to take it to the next level. You both had mutual feelings and it was beyond a work relationship by this point. He leaned in slowly and his lips touched yours, tenderly. The feeling warmed you up and you reciprocated the kiss. It was officially your first kiss together, but something about it felt familiar. It's as if you were meant to be together. You spent a good while kissing as if it was another form of communication, which it was. It was a way to show each other how you felt, and it seems that you were both very fond of each other. Eventually, as it got very late, you both lay back and fell asleep in each other's arms. The fire eventually went out at some point before dawn. You opened your eyes. You were still in his arms. He felt you moving and he opened his eyes. He smiled when he saw you and said "Good Morning". You smiled back and said "good morning" back to him. You both eventually got up and freshened up before deciding to head out on your journey of exploration.
You both left the cave and went on your way. You figured if you follow the structural remnants you would eventually find some sort of a road. Sure enough, you did and you followed it through a vast plain. There was nothing for a long distance except for some mountains and a few trees scattered throughout the plane. At some point your path led into a valley and nestled in the hills is what reminded you of a Ziggurat.
You looked at each other in amazement and then decided to walk towards it. There was a long staircase. You eventually made it to the top, but not without stopping at every terrace to catch your breath. Luckily at each terrace, there was a fountain with the same pristine water. You were able to hydrate at each break. When you reached the top, there was a structure with a massive door. You decided to knock. The sound reverberated for a while before you saw someone open it. When they saw you, they gasped. He eventually opened the door and ushered you both in. They were wearing flowing robes and what looked like wrist watches, embellished with carnelian and lapis lazuli, but seemed like they were something more than just a wristwatch. They were all seated at a long table, in front of each of them were what reminded you of pine cones. The man who opened the door greeted you both and said, "please have a seat, They will arrive shortly, we can explain everything in the meantime."
It turns out that these were the scientists from the Moon base. They explained what happened to them in detail, essentially what I.R.I.S. told them initially when they stumbled upon it on the moon base. They continued to explain that they decided to stay here, on Nibiru, after they crossed through the portal because they felt it would benefit humanity if they had direct communication with Them. They said that they were very comfortable here, and everything was available to them in abundance. They were provided with the wrist watches, which were essentially communication devices, as well as an ability to access different areas of the ziggurat. The pine cones were scanning devices that translate data they gather into the little device that resembled a handbag. It had a component that, in unison with the wrist watches, became like a transmitter to send data and other communications to the source for archiving purposes. He pointed to the massive relief on the wall behind him to illustrate what he was talking about.
The scientists explained that they have more than enough data to understand the origins of humanity and that we were created to essentially assist "Them"....our Engineers. You couldn't believe it. You were basically getting confirmation about the research you studied for many years. Jasper was silent, but his eyes were looking at you, showing his amazement of all the revelations he learned today. Moments later, a low humming noise came from outside. It was Them, our Engineers, also known as, The Annunaki. The ceiling opened, and a large platform came down. On it were very large and tall muscular beings. They looked human, except for their giant stature. The men had long tightly coiled beards, and had golden layered headpieces, and golden cuff bracelets with a flower design on it. It was essentially the same wristwatch looking device, but theirs was larger and made of gold. There were 3 of them and they stepped down from the platform. They looked down at everyone and acknowledged you two, the new people. They each sat at the massive chairs at the other end of the space, as the platform went back up and the ceiling closed after it. One of them spoke. His voice was deep and full of conviction. He spoke in Akkadian. It proved that the language of Mesopotamia was from them. The wristwatches essentially helped translate their words because it was calibrated to English after the scientists arrived. They worked well together with these Annunaki beings during their time on Nibiru.
During a course of several hours, you both were in awe and utter disbelief that you have stumbled upon the most epic revelation for humanity. They told you everything, and they also explained that they would help you go back home, if you wanted to. You looked at each-other and said that as much as you've been amazed at being here, you truly did want to get back home, but wondered if you could ever come back, if you wanted to. That's when the researchers eyes lit up. They explained that you can definitely return, that is if you can finish their project. The description of which was to reactivate the ancient ley lines of the earth so that the portals that were placed there so long ago can power up again. They explained that there are many nodes of transport located around the world on every continent. Places like Nazca, Sedona, Uluru, Amara Muru, Baghdad, Giza, Siberia, Tibet, Stonehenge and Antarctica, to name a few. They were intentionally destroyed over the years because there were dark forces who controlled the Earth for a while and they didn't want to allow freedom of transportation to other realms beyond Earth. Fortunately, the Moon had one left. There is also one on Mars, however that one got damaged from the conflicts that arose there prior to colonizing Earth as a second home.
You agreed to work on the project they proposed. They provided you with every possible bit of information you would need to be able to complete the project. It was shared on a device that will be easily accessible when needed. They showed you where you will be staying while you were there and explained that they will generate a portal back for you as soon as you preferred. You looked at him and he said, "the sooner the better if you don't mind". You said you don't mind at all. You both decided that you will stay one day and one night. They said that it will have the portal ready for them at that time.
There was a beautiful feast prepared in both of your honor. You both were also provided with some comfortable clothes that were made with the finest textiles.
The ziggurat looked beautiful at night, with all the torches lit on every level. The food and drinks were the best you ever had and the atmosphere felt like an amazing party. You both got a little tipsy rather quickly since the wine was very strong. Eventually you decided go back to your room because the night was coming to a close and you wanted to rest as much as you could before you continued on your mission. It was interesting to you that you were sharing a room. As you were walking down the massive corridor, Jasper mentioned "I hope you don't mind sharing a room with me." He was looking down as he asked that. You answered him, telling him that you didn't mind, and wondered if he minded. He looked at you and said, "actually, I don't mind at all. I just didn't want you to feel uncomfortable." Just then you arrived at the door. He opened it and you walked in. He was right behind you as he closed the door. You looked at him in the light of the torches glowing on the walls and said, "I'm never uncomfortable around you." And then you smiled. He smiled back. You both started to explore the room.
Tt had an interesting design, brutalist in style. Linear with stone and a few panels of art on the walls. You were both exhausted that you decided to lay on the bed right away. You said it was ok if he wanted to share it with you since it was the only one. He asked if you're sure, and you nodded that you were. He smiled and went to lay down next to you. The bed was a lot more spacious than it led to appear at first glance. You both layer on your side gazing at each-other. You talked a little about the rest of the duration you would spend on this planet and the potential project you both will embark on. You joked, "you're going to get tired of me". He smiled and said, "never, I'm happy about it." He then moved a strand of your hair that fell over your eye. You were happy in that moment. You bit your lip and then you leaned in to kiss his cheek goodnight. You lingered there for a moment when he turned his head to face you. His hand playing with your hair gently. You were mesmerized by his eyes. In that moment, you both simultaneously started to kiss. It was a deeper feeling than when you were in the cave. The stars were visible in the window beyond him, and the sight was so beautiful. In that moment you both felt a little more intense with your feelings for each other. You both let the night take you wherever it may lead. You were happy and in a way, felt like you were having dejavu. You instantly remembered that you dreamt about this moment. You had forgotten it until this moment. You thought to yourself, the universe brought us together.
The next morning, you woke up to the sound of a distant gong. It reverberated through the valley as it rang seven times. You were still in each other's arms. You watched him open his eyes. He smiled when he saw you and said in a barely awake voice, "good morning". You smiled and said good morning too. You both sat up and leaned against the headboard and looked out the windows at the views surrounding you. You were both excited about your future together and started making plans. You both then decided to head out for a day of exploration, just for curiosity before the portal this evening. The day flew by quickly as you both bonded over many things as well as the excitement of being on a different planet. You planned to return together at least once a year for updates. When you got back to the ziggurat, you both gathered your things at went to meet everyone in the internal central sanctum of the ziggurat. That's where the Annunaki elders began chanting am ethereal sound. A visual of the solar system appeared and then all of the sudden, there was an eruption sound, but nothing was destroyed.
An eye emerged that looked like it was made of stone. The iris of the eye began to expand until no trace of the eye remained. It eventually became their portal. The ethereal humming sound got louder as to keep the portal open. You both waved back to everyone and ran through the portal. In an instant it was silent, the portal closed and you were back in that neoclassical structure. This time the cuneiform texts were backwards, which when you remembered from their instructions, you held hands and took 3 steps backwards until you were back on that room, on the dark side of the moon, with I.R.I.S. She welcomed you back and wished you both luck, since she was somehow aware of your mission. You looked down and noticed your glyphs glowing again. You went back to the ship and head straight back to Earth.
You took the transit time to contemplate everything as well as look at the schematics for your new mission together.
You're now finally able to say that you're helping humanity return to its origins by help with the greatest minds of your kind, as well as your creators! You both will have changed the course of humanity to the highest vibration. Truly the 5th dimensional existence, and you found love in each other too. ♡
