The World Below
Contemplations in front of the window. Looking out onto the world below. The people going about their day, the cars and taxis moving along the streets, in an endless cycle of bustling necessity.
Inside it is quiet. The sound of the city, only a low muffled soundtrack from behind the glass.
Here, only thoughts remain. The inner dialog of dreams, memories, fear, and love. The source of our being.
Inside, only perception of the vision is interpreted by our minds, our minds that have been adapted to our surroundings since our birth.
The bright light of our emergence has dimmed to put those images in focus.
We look at the outer world through the lense of our inner world, and our inner world is the filter on how we interpret the outer world. The filter is comprised of our life experiences. ✨️
