Sedona Trails

     You had just spent the first week of Timothée being back home after filming ACU. The day finally arrived for your road trip to Sedona. It was still dark when you left. You both decided to grab coffee on the road, then you were bound to Sedona. The road was scenic when you finally approached the town. You have been driving for several hours. The good thing was that it went by pretty quickly for you since you enjoyed great conversations, moments of laughter, and other moments of vibing to great music. You pulled up. To your vacation rental that was walking distance to the nearest scenic trail. When you went inside, you were amazed at the views you had along one side of the house. It was the view of Cathedral Rock. Once you settled in, you made plans about your activities while snuggling on the sofa surrounded by snacks. You had ambient music playing in the background while the TV was on mute showing some kind of shamanic ritual that happens periodically at some energy vortex sites located in various points of Sedona. You both noticed how interesting that seemed, so you decided to hike to some of the vortex points in order to experience the feeling yourselves. Later that night, you had plans at an elegant restaurant nestled by the Oak River. You can hear the water gushing outside during dinner. The restaurant ambiance was minimal colors except for some spanish tiles on the wall and the flicker of candlelight from the wrought iron lanterns on the walls. The light danced in his crystalline eyes, and he caught your gaze and smiled in that moment. You got a feeling of surreal joy just thinking about your current situation. After dinner, you head back to the house and eventually went to sleep since you had an early day tomorrow. 

The next day, you hiked together for about an hour so far, starting from the trail near your rental. You stopped to drink some water and admire the view. Timmy had found a heart-shaped rock along the way and waited until that moment to give it to you. He had such a cute happy grin that you took a picture of him. You thought it was the sweetest thing ever.

     You hugged for a few minutes while enjoying the fresh air and the majestic red rocks. Eventually you continued to hike until reached a Secret Canyon which was a "slot canyon" that had a creek running through it. It led you to a cavern that the water of the creek had collected. You both decided to step in it. It looked refreshing. The water was cold but eventually you got used to it. He gently splashed you with his feet, and you did the same, your laughter echoing in the space. After a while you decided to keep going so you get s chance to see all the various areas along the path. You eventually reached Boynton Canyon, aka "Subway Cave". It had an amazing view. The canyon itself seemed to be intentionally carved. You both marveled at the monolithic surroundings you were in. It truly made you understand your place in the universe. It was 4:44 when you reached the last energy vortex point. This was the most intense, and it made it more impact since you were there together, you had the heart stone he gifted you, which seems like a form of quartz crystal. You also had your rose quartz, smoky quartz and obsidian in your pouch around your neck. You believed the vibration and influence of the healing properties of each crystal would be much stronger at these points. The added benefit is the quartz heart amplified the properties even more. You knew it because you had an intense feeling of euphoria. Timothée also seemed very calm, facing upward with his eyes closed, as if he was in acceptance of all that the universe gave him, and he turned towards you and said he had an intense feeling of gratitude overcome him, and he had you to thank, because if it wasn't for you, he wouldn't have the opportunity to release the tension that has built up over time. As you both enjoyed the energies around you, you eventually head back to your rental, fully recharged by the elements. On your way you discussed the meaning of everything and you explained how valuable these areas are for the well-being of humanity and their place in the big picture of things. You each popped an edible and the scenery intensified along with the sounds of nature surrounding you.

     You were just beginning your ascension as you got to the house. You decided to sit on the patio that had the view of the mountains. You were there through dusk and eventually night. You witnessed the moon rise and change colors until it reached its station in the sky. You both lay still on your chaise lounges next to each other, gazing at the night sky, counting the dimly glowing puffy clouds that reflected the pale moonlight. Native flute and drum music zoned you both out, but you never stopped holding hands. It was 1:11 am when you woke up from a gentle breeze that blew your hair into your face tickling your nose. You had both essentially passed out without realizing it, however it was ok since it felt really peaceful and relaxing. You reluctantly woke him up so that you can go inside to sleep properly. You were so happy about this trip because he really needed some opportunities to be carefree. He mumbled something incoherent as he opened his eyes to see your silhouette above him. He smiled and eventually got up. You walked with him to the bedroom and helped him take off his hiking clothes and you changed as well. For the rest of the night, you both snuggled next to each other. The only light was a salt lamp in the corner that cast a warm glow, as well as some pale blue squares on the wall which were essentially moonlight projections of the small decorative square windows that were on the wall above the bed. You both eventually fell into deep sleep.

     The next morning, you made pancakes and had breakfast on the terrace. He looked so peaceful. The rest of the trip was spent strolling the nearby boutiques and art galleries. You loved how this place melded together art, spiritualism and nature. It was like heaven on Earth, and what better than to spend quality time there with an Earth Angel himself, you thought to yourself. He turned to you, as you were both standing next to a beautiful fountain in the courtyard of Tlaquepaque where he surprised you with a kiss and a turquoise necklace. He bought it discreetly when you were focused on an artwork in the gallery next door to the native wonders shop that he bought that from.

     He said that he appreciated you and was so lucky to know you because you always knew what to do to make him feel wonderful. It was his kind gesture of thanking you. You was most grateful for your gifts.

     As your trip wound to an end and you eventually arrived home, you spent one more night at his house since you both arrived back pretty late and you were both exhausted. When you turned to face him while lying in bed together, you mentioned that you'll head back home I'm the morning after coffee. He had a look of sadness and a small pout formed on his lips. After a brief moment, he looked into your eyes and said rather straightforward, I don't want you to go. Stay with me. These days we spent together were so beautiful and I don't want that to end. I love you and I want us to live together. don't want us to be apart any longer. Stay with me, my love. And then he leaned in and kissed you passionately. You were shocked and overjoyed, you then realized what was happening. This trip put you both in alignment with your vibration and he realized it during your vortex hike. He was sure about it and he made it known to you that he wants you in his future. You didn't hesitate to accept, and kiss him back. You told him that you loved him too and that you loved that idea. After he got your confirmation, he was beyond happy and rolled into his back and looked at the ceiling with a huge smile. You couldn't resist to rest your head on his bare chest. He played with your hair as you lay there until you felt sleepy. Eventually you shifted back to your pillow and he held you until the light of dawn poured into the room. Fast forward to your 10 year wedding anniversary party where you are telling your guests of close family and friends the story of where you knew that you were both truly in love. ♡
